Submitting a quote, contact, or career form does not create a contract, guarantee service, reserve an appointment, establish a price, or guarantee employment. A cleaning arrangement begins only after Broom Hilda's confirms the service scope, price, schedule, property access, and any other applicable details directly with you.

3. Service arrangements

Every property is different. The exact rooms, tasks, exclusions, timing, products, staffing, and price for a cleaning are based on the arrangement confirmed for that client. You are responsible for providing accurate information, safe and timely property access, and notice of conditions that could affect the work, including hazards, fragile items, pests, restricted areas, or special surface-care requirements.

Payment, cancellation, rescheduling, access, and other job-specific terms are those communicated and accepted for the particular service. If website language differs from a directly confirmed service arrangement, the directly confirmed arrangement controls.

4. 48-hour satisfaction guarantee

If an area covered by the confirmed cleaning does not meet the agreed standard, contact us within 48 hours after the service. Give us a reasonable opportunity to review the concern and arrange an appropriate response. The guarantee applies to the confirmed scope of work and does not add tasks or areas that were not part of that scope.

5. Acceptable website use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, submit false or unlawful material, scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, or use site content in a manner that infringes another person's rights.

6. Content and third-party links

Unless otherwise stated, the website's text, branding, design, photographs, and other content belong to Broom Hilda's Cleaning Service or are used with permission. You may view the site for personal, noncommercial purposes, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
